My project manager (PM) arranged a farewell lunch yesterday for our colleague who pursues an opportunity outside Ericsson.
Singapore government allows people for social gatherings up to five persons starting 19th June 2020. So my PM took this chance for a farewell meet-up because on Wednesday was the last day for him to work together with us. Lots of things we discussed, shared about our current situation, our company, etc.
The venue was at Bali-Thai restaurant at Ngee Ann City Orchard. Since a few months ago I have never been to this area because a preventive measure called circuit breaker was implemented in Singapore. I could see more people go out now as we are in phase two after the circuit breaker. See the picture that I took yesterday.
When entering the main entrance of Ngee Ann City mall, there were lots of people in the queue for safe entry scanning. This safe entry is used by the government for contact tracing when someone contracted coronavirus.
Before enjoying our lunch, we asked the waitress to take a picture. Of course we were implementing social distancing when sitting.
A few hours later when back home, I took some pictures for blogging purpose without asking permission from them, sorry.
